The Spotler Group has Acquired Sooqr to boost its eCommerce Conversion Optimization Capabilities.
Sooqr is changing rapidly. In 2022 we completed our transition to become an all-in-one conversion suite of tools with the launch of Sooqr merchandising and Personalised site search. And now we feel it’s time to dig deeper into personalisation, and the best way to do so is to intertwine with a player such as Squeezely. Joining the Spotler Group will benefit our customers in terms of product investment, access to a suite of complementary technologies, and the group expertise.
Our team is thrilled to bring our finding and matching technology in such a dynamic and innovative group. By joining the Spotler Group, Sooqr will further enhance the personalised eCommerce capabilities of Squeezely, another company that Spotler Group bought in 2021. By bringing together Sooqr and Squeezely’s capabilities, the Spotler Group aims to create an emerging all-in-one Customer Data Experience Platform (CDXP). This will enable retailers to leverage insight into customer behaviour, preferences and buying patterns to personalise the end-to-end shopping experience and improve customer engagement, conversion rates and revenue, all in the same platform.
The Sooqr team will keep working independently, so there will be no change to your subscription, our support and service to you. But… our personalisation capabilities will go through the roof, thanks to the portfolio of Squeezely.
